Any normal billing date that falls within those 60 days remains due, and monthly charges are not prorated.The notice period protects the client’s operations during the transition. A website may depend on SRP-managed applications that were selected with the client’s approval. Before service ends, the client may need time to obtain replacement quotes, choose alternative providers, or retain those applications under separate service arrangements.During the notice period, SRP Operations will identify affected features, coordinate reasonable transfer requirements, prepare applicable files and credentials, and help prevent avoidable interruptions.For example, if a client pays on April 1 and submits notice that same day, the May 1 payment remains due, but another payment will not be collected on June 1. If notice is submitted on April 15, the May 1 and June 1 payments remain due because both billing dates fall within the 60-day notice period.No additional monthly service payment will be collected after the effective cancellation date. Any third-party subscriptions or separately retained applications continuing afterward remain the client’s responsibility.
